Approved referrals from DCYF also accepted.

All groups are in person only.
Virtual accommodations may be offered for clients located out of area.
We are not able to accommodate persons located outside of the state of Washington.

MONDAY GROUPS

Building Healthy Dads
DV Parenting Group

16-week program/Open Enrollment
This trauma-informed program is for fathers who are in need of parenting support surrounding issues related to domestic violence in families. The program focuses on family cycles of violence, accountability and responsibility, childhood trauma, the effects of trauma on the development of children, coping and self-care, coparenting, becoming a healthy role model, and the healing and rebuilding of the parent-child relationship.

Anger Management

This trauma-informed group helps members to identify triggers and patterns of emotional reaction; consciously choosing thoughts, feelings, and actions; assertive communication skills; accountability, empathy, and optimism; and improving relationships.

This is a trauma-informed, court-approved IPV treatment program according to current Washington state standards (WAC 388-60A) and accreditation regulation. This group is for persons who have a history of aggressive and/or violent behavior and assists individuals to take accountability and responsibility for their actions.

Personal Horizons for Women

This trauma-informed group is for women survivors who have experienced domestic violence as well as for those who want to improve their self-esteem and relationship skills.

Protective Non-Risk Parenting Group
Facilitated by Josette Parker
5:30pm - 7:00pm

16-week program / Open Enrollment
This trauma-informed group helps parents to learn how to improve parenting skills as it relates to the topics of identifying safety risks to children, safety planning, the effects of domestic violence on children, ACES, developmental stages and age-appropriate expectations, attachment, family of origin issues, building healthy self-esteem, non-abusive discipline methods, special needs children, stress management, and becoming a good role model.

SATURDAY GROUPS

8-hour Anger Management

First Saturday of the month.
9:00am - 5:30pm

This group meets the standards for municipal court orders to attend an 8-hour psychoeducational anger management class.  Contact us at 253-565-1019 to preregister and prepay for this class.  Fee is $150 to include reporting to the court.
